NEW DELHI: Birla Corporation (BCL) has reported a growth of 127.59 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended March 31, 2024. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 193.34 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 84.95 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

Open FlipAvenue Supermarts Ltd, which owns and operates retail chain D-Mart, on Saturday, May 4, reported a 22.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit at ₹563.3 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024. The same was ₹460 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal. The company's revenue for the quarter jumped 20% YoY to ₹12,727 crore, compared to ₹10,594 crore.
