In a bid to attract fast-growing technology firms to list in the U.K. in the wake of Brexit, the London Stock Exchange Group is looking for ways to blur the line between public and private companies. The establishment of a special market for private companies has been offered by the LSE to trade their shares publically on the exchange on certain days.
