HUL shares fall over 3% after Q3 earnings. Should you buy, sell or hold?

Billionaire Gautam Adani’s conglomerate is seeking an offshore loan of about $600 million to refinance existing debt, according to people familiar with the matter. The loan will be raised by Dhamra LNG Terminal Pvt., a unit of Adani Total Pvt., the people said, asking not be named because the details are private. The debt’s tenor could range from three to five years.

Motilal Oswal's research report on CIE Automotive1QCY24 consol. revenue remained flat YoY at ~INR24.3b (vs. est. INR23.6b), due to lower-than-est. growth in India (6% YoY vs. est. 7%), while EU declined 8% YoY (vs. est. decline of 18%). EBITDA stood at INR3.6b (vs. est. INR3.5b), down 5% YoY. EBITDA margins stood at 14.9% (in line). There was a one-off item in other income related to INR220m.

Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group has begun talks with Power Finance Corporation (PFC) to secure as much as $1.2 billion to refinance part of the Rs 20,000 crore debt maturing in the last week of May, people directly aware of the discussions said. The fundraising discussions have been underway for a few weeks, the people said, requesting anonymity. SP Group pledged its 18% stake in Tata Sons.
