The US housing market is experiencing a seasonally soft period, with some metro-area markets experiencing corrections. According to Zillow's June 2024 sale-to-list ratio, top 10 markets with highest ratio, where homes sold for more than the list price, include Rochester, Buffalo, and San Jose. Meanwhile, the bottom 10 markets with the lowest ratio, where homes sold for less than the list price.
