Gotion High Tech to locate a third of its production outside China by 2025

Gotion High Tech is considering to locate one-third of its production capacity outside China by 2025. The Chinese batterymaker is planning this move to address the growing demand from overseas electric vehicle (EV) makers and energy storage household clients.The company, on Tuesday, also expressed that it is eyeing to establish a total battery production capacity of 300 GWh in three years.
