Shares of Godrej Properties were trading near record highs on May 6 as the Mumbai-based real estate company beat its annual guidance on booking value and posted record sales for the seventh consecutive year. At 10:30 am, the share surged by almost 8% to reach ₹2,778 each, nearing the all-time high of ₹2,791.8 reached on April 30.

The stock is up by 35 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 243.95 per share and gave multibagger returns of 800 per cent in a decade. Today, the shares of Rushil Decor Ltd gained 4.51 per cent to an intraday high of Rs 344.50 per share from its previous closing of Rs 330.05 per share. The stock’s 52-week high is Rs 406.7 and its 52-week low is Rs 243.95.

Titan’s share price extended losses to a fourth consecutive session on Monday morning as the company’s March quarter results disappointed investors and analysts. The stock went down 4% to hit an intraday low of ₹3,385. The Tata Group company’s net profit stood at ₹771 crore for the March quarter, marking a modest 4.7% increase from ₹731 crore reported.
