Foreign investors infuse $3.1 billion in Indian real estate in H1 2024

Nifty Pharma index hit a 52-week high of 20,575.35, but ended with a 0.63% loss due to profit booking. The index has risen nearly 48% in the last year, outperforming the benchmark Nifty 50. Most pharma stocks have gained significantly, with 12 out of 20 components rising at least 50% or more over the last year. The pharma sector is expected to reach $65 billion by 2024 and $130 billion by 2030.
