Clearview AI has reduced much of its sales staff this week. The facial recognition startup has also parted ways with two of three executives hired about a year ago. The move suggested instability at the top of the five-year-old firm that has incorporated billions of facial images from the public web. the startup made these images searchable by over 3,000 customers and big police agencies.
