Strong loan growth is likely to help Kotak Mahindra Bank clock double-digit rise in net interest income in the Q4 FY24, but higher cost of funds and shrinking margins may drag its net profit, said analysts. It will announce its Q4 results on May 4. The stock was recently in focus after the Reserve Bank of India barred the lender from issuing new credit cards, citing eficiencies and non-compliance.

The Asian Development Bank is open to funding the space sector in India in addition to focusing on climate finance to mitigate the associated risks, said its Vice President Bhargav Dasgupta on Friday. ADB has done some projects in satellite in the Asia Pacific region, but has not provided any assistance in the Indian space sector.

Rating agency ICRA has estimated that around 530 lakh square feet of office spaces are eligible for small and medium REITs (SM-REIT) listing, creating a monetisation opportunity of Rs 67,000-71,000 crore.In November last year, the Sebi board cleared the amendments to the REITs Regulations, 2014, in order to create a regulatory framework for the facilitation of SM REITs.
