The Delhi High Court has directed food delivery platforms Swiggy and Zomato to delist 13 restaurants for infringing on Domino’s Pizza’s trademark. These restaurants, operating under names like "Dominic Pizza," "Dominek's Pizza," and "Domnick Pizza," were said to be using similar names to Domino’s and selling food items on both platforms.
