Dividend And Stock Split: Mazagon Dock board meet on October 22

Shares of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. will be in focus today after the company announced that it will hold a board meet on October 22 to consider a stock split as well as dividend for its shareholders. The state-run defence company currently has face value of ₹10 per equity share. The company had declared a final dividend of ₹12.11 per share for financial year 2024.
