PNB Housing Finance aims to grow its portfolio by 17 per cent during the current fiscal on the back of the increase in branch network and focus on affordable housing loan. The housing finance company has enough capital to sustain this kind of high growth, PNB Housing Finance managing director Girish Kousgi told PTI.

FIIs and DIIs purchases stakes in the company for the first time, holding 2.93 per cent and 0.21 per cent respectively. Remsons Industries Limited was established in 1971. It manufactures auto components like auto control cables, flexible shafts, gear shift systems, push-pull cables, and parking brake mechanisms. It exports mainly to the UK, Europe, North America, Brazil, Mexico.

A year after it was introduced, the Telangana govt’s cool roof policy has failed to find many takers. Currently, the city has less than 20 under-construction projects that have signed up for the policy – rolled out with the objective to make urban homes cooler. As per the policy, all government and commercial buildings must adopt cool roofs.
