Stock market investors on Tue complained on social media platform X that CDSL was down and they were unable to sell the stocks. Brokerage firms Upstox and Zerodha replied to their users that the issue was at the CDSL’s end with respect to TPIN verification failure. However, the depository soon resolved the problem as an update on Zerodha website showed that the issue is resolved.

Citigroup Inc., the top arranger of equity offerings in India this year, sees four to five IPOs of at least $1 billion each over the next year. At least 10 companies are weighing offerings of more than $100 million.
