The Brigade Group has signed an agreement to buy a 4.6-acre land parcel in Bengaluru with a developmental potential of 0.69 million sq ft and a gross developmental value of Rs 660 crore, the company said in an exchange filing on May 9.The land parcel is on the Old Madras Road, which is a fast-growing residential hub with improved connectivity, infrastructure and several new development projects.
