Bajaj Consumer’s Rs 166 cr-buyback: Last day to buy shares today

Bajaj Consumer Care has set July 2 as the record date for its Rs 166.49 crore share buyback, offering a 10% premium on the closing price of Rs 263.75. The buyback represents 19.25% of the company's paid-up capital and 20% of its free reserves. The company will buy back up to 157.41 lakh equity shares at Rs 290 each, aggregating to Rs 166.49 crore.
