Reported Standalone quarterly numbers for Jindal Saw are: Net Sales at Rs 4,918.80 crore in March 2024 up 8.83% from Rs. 4,519.59 crore in March 2023. Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 529.07 crore in March 2024 up 49.21% from Rs. 354.59 crore in March 2023. EBITDA stands at Rs. 972.55 crore in March 2024 up 44.4% from Rs. 673.49 crore in March 2023.

As many as 83.7 lakh shares or 1.86% equity of PB Fintech changed hands in two large trades in the block deal window on Friday, May 17. On Thursday, CNBC-TV18 had reported, citing sources, that the comapny's promoter was set to sell up to 1.86% of their stake in the company via a block deal worth ₹1,054 crore. The floor price for the deal is ₹1,258 per share.
