The analysis found that market behavior around budget announcements is marked by uncertainty, with investors reducing exposure 63% of the time before the event and re-entering 62% of the time after.

Noida Authority has approved layouts for Unitech projects in the city, following a Supreme Court order, which directed the authority to grant approvals without recovering dues of nearly Rs 11,000 crore.
