Digital-led beauty and personal care company Mamaearth has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Sebi yesterday (December 29) to raise Rs 400 crore through an initial public offering. Notably, Mamaearth was the first unicorn of 2022. The company intends to raise Rs 400 crore via a fresh issue of shares, apart from an offer for the sale of around 4.7 crore shares.
