NDR InvIT Trust, the first warehousing and industrial parks InvIT in India, has raised Rs 880 crore through a private placement. The Supreme Court on February 14 orally observed that it could constitute a panel to study the feasibility of restarting the shut Sterlite copper smelting plant owned by Vedanta in Tamil Nadu's Tuticorin.
