Four housing development authorities in the state have been pulled up for delaying the delivery of the affordable houses.The authorities governing Hapur-Pilkhuwa, Unnao-Shuklaganj, Kanpur and Ghaziabad have been asked to expedite work on creating the housing units which have been approved by the central sanctioning and monitoring committee (CSMC).
