UGRO Capital gets ₹500-crore NCD approval via private placement

UGRO Capital Ltd's Investment and Borrowing Committee approved the issuance of up to ₹500 crore non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement, with a base issue size of ₹200 crore and optional oversubscription of up to ₹300 crore. The NCDs will be listed, secured, and unsecured, with interest payable quarterly and redemption at par.
