Go Digit IPO: The Go Digit General Insurance IPO, which opened for subscription on Wednesday, May 15, ends today (Friday, May 17). Although the issue struggled to get completely booked, retail investors showed a good deal of interest in it during the previous two days. The non-institutional investor portion fetched decent subscription numbers.

The board of eClerx Services Ltd. on Thursday, approved the buyback of 13.75 lakh equity shares along with its fourth quarter results. This is the sixth instance in the last eight years that the company is carrying out a share buyback. eClerx will spend a sum of not more than ₹385 crore for this buyback, which will amount to 24.98% of the aggregate of the total paid-up equity share capital.

PB Fintech's chairman & CEO Yashish Dahiya and vice chairman Alok Bansal are likely to sell a portion of their holdings amounting to 1.86% of the company's equity on Friday through an open market transaction, according to a term sheet issued by Morgan Stanley India. The floor price of the deal has been set at ₹1,258, which is a 6% discount to Thursday's closing price of ₹1,338.25.
