The city consumer court on Wednesday pulled up an apartment builder, who had allegedly failed to provide covered car parking space to a flat that had been purchased from the landowner’s share, not put in place a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting facility, and not provided a BWSSB connection at the property located in Vasantha Vallabha Nagar.
