Shares of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will be in focus today as the company will announce its quarterly numbers for the July-September 2024 period. In the first quarter, state-run LIC reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 10,544 crore. This was an increase of 9% from Rs 9,635 crore reported in the last year quarter.
