In Q3 of the current financial year, NSE reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,975 crore, an 8% increase Y/Y. This was driven by strong revenue growth in trading, listing, index services, and other areas. The exchange also contributed Rs 28,131 crore to the exchequer through various taxes and charges. Trading volumes saw significant increases across cash markets, equity futures, and options.
