The Noida Authority has floated a scheme for 25 commercial plots in 11 different sectors of the city. The cumulative reserve price of these plots is pegged at Rs 105.5 crore, officials aware of the matter said. They said that the last date of the registration for the scheme is March 7 and these plots will be allotted though e-auction. These plots range from 18 square metres (sqm) to 316 sqm.
