Nodwin Gaming set to raise $10 million from existing investors

Nodwin Gaming raises $10 million from existing investors including Krafton and JetSynthesys. Co-founders Akshat Rathee and Gautam Virk participate in the fundraise to increase their stake in the company. Former majority stakeholder Nazara Technologies reduces its control to below 50%. Nazara remains the largest shareholder and will classify Nodwin as an associate firm.
