Indian Railways Finance Corporation's (IRFC) latest shareholding pattern shows small retail investors increasing their stake to 9.62% from 9.35% in June, doubling from 26 lakh to 54.5 lakh in a year. The government remains the largest shareholder with 86.36% stake, while mutual funds and FPIs reduced their exposure.
