The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has upheld the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (Sebi) decision, ordering Trafiksol ITS Technologies Ltd to refund ₹45 crore to investors and halt its share listing. Newly listed DAM Capital Ltd. reported its December quarter results after market hours on Friday, January 24, a day when the stock closed below its IPO price of ₹283 per share. The company's total income during the quarter went up by 132% to ₹104 crore from ₹45 crore last year. Net profit for the period also went up by nearly 2.5x to ₹52 crore from ₹21 crore in the year-ago period.
