JSW Cement Limited has received SEBI's final observation to raise ₹4000 crore through an IPO, comprising a fresh issue of shares worth ₹2000 crore and an offer for sale of ₹2000 crore by investor selling shareholders, with plans to allocate funds to establish a new cement facility and prepay outstanding borrowings.

Non-bank wealth solutions company Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd on Monday (January 13) reported a 33.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at ₹77.3 crore for the third quarter that ended December 31, 2024. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Anand Rathi Wealth posted a net profit of ₹58 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.
