Minda invests in UK JV to boost EV capabilities

Minda Corporation has formed a joint venture with UK-based Turntide Drives to develop and manufacture EV components, including motors, controllers, and thermal management pumps, primarily for India's EV market. The JV will hold 49% stake by a Minda subsidiary and 51% by Turntide, with regulatory approvals pending.
