Reported Consolidated quarterly numbers for Poojawestern Metaliks are: Net Sales at Rs 14.12 crore in September 2024 down 3.04% from Rs. 14.56 crore in September 2023. Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 0.36 crore in September 2024 down 6.55% from Rs. 0.38 crore in September 2023. EBITDA stands at Rs. 1.19 crore in September 2024 up 11.21% from Rs. 1.07 crore in September 2023.

Tyremaker Goodyear India reported a 58.5% fall in second-quarter profit on Tuesday, hurt by elevated rubber prices and dampened demand. The standalone net profit of U.S.-based Goodyear Tire's Indian unit fell to 157.4 million rupees ($1.8 million) for the three months ended Sept. 30, from a year-ago profit of 379.4 million rupees. Revenue from operations fell 1.1% to 6.82 billion rupees.
