IPO GMP: With the subscription and share allotment of the Ventive Hospitality IPO now complete, the focus shifts to the stock’s listing, scheduled for Monday, December 30. The ₹1,600 crore mainboard IPO opened for subscription on Friday, December 20, and concluded on Tuesday, December 24. The book-built issue, which had a price band of ₹610 to ₹643 per share.

Petronet LNG Ltd (Petronet) is a public-sector company that imports liquefied natural gas (LNG) and establishes LNG terminals in India. It operates one regasification terminal each in Dahej (17.5 MMTPA installed capacity) and Kochi (5 MMTPA). In Q2FY25, consolidated revenue rose 3.9% YoY to Rs. 13,024cr, supported by robust volume growth.

Shares of NTPC Green Energy Ltd. rallied as much as 6% on Friday after the company announced commencement of commercial operations of the first part of the 200 megawatt (MW) capacity solar project in Gujarat. In a filing to the stock exchanges, dated December 27, the renewable energy arm of state-owned NTPC Ltd. said that the company has commenced the commercial operations.
