KPI Green Energy gets ₹475 crore funding approval

KPI Green Energy's board approved a ₹475 crore fund raise via preferential issue to Quoyosh Energia, its promoter group entity, at ₹470.3 per warrant. Shareholders will vote on the issue from January 13-15, 2026. This follows KPI Green's ₹489.17 crore order from Gujarat State Electricity Corporation for a 142 MW floating solar project.
