JSW Steel seals ₹15,750 cr JV with JFE Steel

JSW Steel has completed its ₹15,750 crore strategic joint venture with Japan's JFE Steel, finalising a 50:50 partnership for the Bhushan Power and Steel (BPSL) business. JFE acquired the remaining 25% stake in JSW JFE Kalinga Steel for ₹7,875 crore, following its first tranche investment in March 2026, completing the two-phase transaction.
