Bengaluru-based healthcare services provider Sagility India has raised ₹945.4 crore from 52 anchor investors on November 4. The ₹2,107-crore IPO will open for all investors on November 5 and will close on November 7. This IPO is an offer-for-sale of 70.2 crore equity shares by the Netherlands-based promoter Sagility BV, which is affiliated with EQT Private Capital Asia.
