India's Bioeconomy Surpasses $195 billion in 2025

BIRAC, a public sector enterprise, celebrated its 14th Foundation Day, enabling over ₹4,200 crore in funding support across 1.5 million startups and innovators. BIRAC released the 'India BioEconomy Report 2026' and the bio-tech funding landscape saw 208 total deals, $4.6 billion investment, and $1.58 billion in 2025 investments.
