Indian IPO market thriving, no evidence of excesses in markets

Water and wastewater management solutions provider Enviro Infra Engineers raised Rs 194.7 crore from several institutional investors via anchor book on November 21.The company targets to mop up Rs 650.4 crore through the initial share sale, which is a mix of fresh issue of 3.86 crore equity shares worth Rs 572.46 crore, and an offer-for-sale of 52.68 lakh shares worth Rs 78 crore.

Hero MotoCorp, which launched an array of products in the last financial year, is now looking to expand its portfolio of scooters and motorcycles. The company's CEO, Niranjan Gupta, said during the Q2 FY25 earnings call that they will be launching new variants of XPulse, Xtreme, Karizma motorcycles as well as Vida Electric and Xoom ICE scooters in the next few quarters.

Wall Street's main stock indexes opened higher on Thursday after data reflected a robust labor market, and AI-heavyweight Nvidia advanced after reporting upbeat quarterly results and forecast. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 130.2 points, or 0.30%, at the open to 43,538.7. The S&P 500 rose 23.5 points, or 0.40%, at the open to 5,940.58, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 106.6 points.
