US private label’s market share could be hit 30% by 2033, according to a new report from Rabobank. Private label made up 19% of grocery sales in the country in 2023, growing just two percentage points since 2014 but a number of factors could open the door to growth, the Netherlands-based financial-services group suggested. One is the trading down by the consumer in grocery, Rabobank said.

Autoliv Surges Despite Mixed Q3 Results: Chinese Market Mix Drags Performance: Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE:ALV) shares are trading higher on Friday. The company reported third-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $1.84, missing the analyst consensus of $1.95. Quarterly revenues of $2.56 billion topped the street view of $2.53 billion. In the third quarter, sales fell by 0.8% organically.

The World Bank and Asian Development Bank have committed to funding $1,600 million for Amaravati capital city phase-I development, with the Central government funding the remaining Rs 1,400 crore. The funds will be released starting from January 2025, and the total amount should be drawn within five years.
