HUDCO, NBCC zoom up to 16% to fresh highs on budget boost to housing

State-owned lender, Indian Overseas Bank has invited expression of interest from asset reconstruction companies (ARCs) for the sale of 46 non-performing loans accounts worth Rs 11,500 crore, according to the press release. The last date to submit the expression of interest is on January 18 and e-auction is scheduled on January 30. The process of due diligence will commence from January 10.

Realty firm The Phoenix Mills Ltd on Thursday (January 9) reported strong growth for Q3 FY25 and the first nine months of FY25, driven by robust performance across its retail, hospitality, commercial office, and residential segments. Retail consumption for Q3 FY25 reached approximately ₹3,998 crore, marking a 21% increase compared to Q3 FY24.
