Buyers of Mahira Homes in Gurugram's sector 68 are demanding temporary accommodation or rent compensation of Rs 25,000 per month while they wait for their delayed housing project to be completed. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with authorities, the developer has failed to resume work and only 60% of the construction has been completed since its inception in 2018.
