Futures climb as investors eye inflation data, quarterly earnings

Sharekhan's research report on HCL Technologies: HCL Tech reported revenue of $3,533 million, up 3.8% q-o-q/4.1 % y-o-y in CC terms, missing our estimate of $3,561 million. EBIT margin expanded by ~90 bps q-o-q to 19.5%, beating estimates of 19.3%. New deal wins TCVs stood at $2,095 million, down 6% q-o-q/up 9% y-o-y.

Mukul Agrawal booked profit in small-cap stock Pix Transmissions during the December 2024 quarter of fiscal 2024-25 (Q3 FY25), shows the latest shareholding pattern. Mukul Mahavir Agrawal held 3,00,000 shares of Pix Transmission, representing a 2.20 per cent stake, at the end of the September 2024 quarter which declined to 2,50,000 shares, representing a 1.83 per cent stake.

The stock of One MobiKwik has lost nearly 13% since declaring its September quarter result on January 07 following rising customer acquisition costs, fixed costs, and user incentives, which resulted in a net loss for the second consecutive quarter. Earlier, the B2C online payment services provider had a stellar run on the bourses gaining 157% within a week since its listing.
