Quarter-on-Quarter, the revenue grew by 2.84% and the profit increased by 4.44%.

Tata Chemicals Q4 Results: Tata Chemicals declared their Q4 results on 29 Apr, 2024. The topline decreased by 21.15% & the loss came at ₹850cr. It is noteworthy that Tata Chemicals had declared a profit of ₹709cr in the previous fiscal year same period. As compared to the previous quarter, the revenue declined by 6.84%. The Selling, general & administrative expenses rose by 11.12% q-o-q.

Lenders led by the State Bank of India have sought approval from the Reserve Bank of India to sell the ₹18,000 crore debt of realty company Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) to the National Asset Reconstruction Company of India (NARCL), said people with knowledge of the matter. If the RBI approves the deal, it will become NARCL's largest acquisition of the debt of a single company.
