Embassy Group inks JDA for residential project in Bengaluru

Bengaluru's Embassy Group has joined forces to develop a luxury residential project on 3.75 acres of land in Whitefield, with an estimated revenue of Rs 550 crore. The project is expected to be completed by FY24 and will include 400 apartments. Aditya Virwani, COO of the group, plans to launch 4 million square feet of residential space worth Rs 3,300 crore in FY23-24.
