RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das said on November 6 that the regulator is no hurry to formally launch the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), even as the pilot program has shown significant progress in both retail and wholesale segments. eClerx Services Ltd. shares surged to a record high, gaining 7% after reporting strong September quarter results, with 5.9% USD revenue growth and a 22% EBIT margin increase. Net profit jumped to ₹139.5 crore, and new deal wins rose 8.2% from the previous quarter. Shares are up 27.5% in 2024, following a 103% gain in 2023.
