Despite enjoying a higher valuation premium on risk management and overall governance practices, Kotak Mahindra Bank has now lost its status as the fourth largest banking stock on Dalal Street to rival Axis Bank. While Axis Bank shares were trading 4% higher on better-than-expected Q4 results, those of Kotak were trading 10% lower following a ban by RBI.

Saudi hospital group Dr. Soliman Abdul Kader Fakeeh Hospital and its shareholders plan to sell a 21.5% stake in its Riyadh initial public offering, as listings in the kingdom pick up after a short hiatus. The company will sell 30 million new shares while the founding family will offer 19.8 million shares in the IPO, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Vodafone Idea shares tumbled 10% to Rs 11.8 in Thursday's NSE trading session following the listing of its follow-on public offer (FPO) shares on the bourses. However, the shares opened at a 7.2% premium compared to their FPO issue price of Rs 11.By 10:29 am, the stock rebounded, trading 1% higher at Rs 13.22 from its previous day's close of Rs 13.1.
