US Federal Reserve is most likely to reduce interest rates by 25 basis points (bps) in December, expects Citi. In an interview with CNBC TV18,  Robert Sockin, Global Economist at Citi, said that it would be difficult for the Fed to refrain from action in November, given the current economic data. Sockin explained that the market is beginning to consider the possibility of a pause in rate hike.
