Mahindra Finance's shares have declined 17% in Q3FY25 due to concerns over growth and asset quality, but Emkay Global Financial believes these negativities are already priced in and upgrades the stock to a "BUY" with a target price of Rs360, citing a strong medium-term strategy, seasonal improvement in asset quality, and palatable valuation.

Sebi is re-evaluating the disclosures made by ICICI Securities in connection with the proposed delisting of the company, said people with direct knowledge of the matter. The market regulator has initiated a probe into the matter and has also summoned ICICI Securities executives in December to seek further explanations on the delisting process.

Shares of Tata Consumer were trading in the red on Friday ahead of its second-quarter results on Friday. Motilal Oswal expects the company’s revenue to rise 13.5% year-on-year to ₹4,238 crore, led by higher growth from new businesses. It expects the company’s quarterly profit, however, to shrink around 3.6% to ₹337 crore.
