Chara Technologies secures Rs 52 crore for motor manufacturing expansion

Chara Technologies, a Bengaluru-based startup, has raised Rs 52 crore (USD 6 million) in a Series A round led by Arkam Ventures, Exfinity Venture Partners, Kalaari Capital, and IIMA Ventures. The funds will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, develop new products, and build a new factory and testing facility in Bengaluru, increasing production capacity fivefold to 100,000 units annually.
