Nifty is higher by 128.10 points or 0.57% at 22,776.30. 📈 Bajaj Finance(⬆️5.61%), Bajaj Finserv(⬆️2.74%) and GMR Airports(⬆️1.25%) appeared as the top performers on the Nifty50 at the open. Suzlon Energy Ltd.'s board has approved the scheme of amalgamation involving the merger of Suzlon Global Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary with itself. The company also plans to transfer its project business on a slump sale basis to one or more wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company. Suzlon will also undertake a capital reorganisation exercise through the Scheme of Arrangement.
